Amy Rossetti, Founder

Amy Rossetti is a driven communications leader with nearly a decade of experience managing strategic public relations campaigns for high-profile luxury real estate and development clients nationwide.

A proven performer, Amy consistently exceeds client objectives and delivers meaningful, measurable results. Her personalized, hands-on approach—paired with sharp storytelling instincts, creativity, and tenacity—has earned her clients consistent coverage in coveted, top-tier national, business, and real estate media outlets.

After spending several years at leading agencies in Los Angeles and New York, Amy launched R[AR]E Public Relations during the pandemic at age 27. Under her leadership, the firm rapidly expanded its footprint across major urban markets including Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, representing notable developments, investors, architects, and brands throughout the U.S.

Amy’s work and leadership have been widely recognized across the industry. She was named a Business Insider 2025 Rising Star in Real Estate and has received honors including the PR Net Next Gen Award, Hermes Creative Award, Los Angeles Business Journal Women in Leadership Award, and the Titan Women in Business Award. She is an active member of PR Net, CREW LA, and ULI / the ULI Young Leaders Group, where she remains deeply engaged in advancing the real estate and communications industries.

She earned her B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Suffolk University in Boston and continues to give back to the institution as Vice President of the College of Arts & Sciences Alumni Board of Directors. In 2024, Suffolk University honored Amy with its prestigious 10 Under 10 Award, recognizing alumni who have made significant professional contributions within ten years of graduation.

Amy is passionate about mentorship, civic engagement, and community impact. She regularly supports organizations such as the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, along with other initiatives dedicated to empowering underserved communities.

Priyanka Banerjee, Vice President

With 17 years of experience, Priyanka Banerjee is a powerhouse in strategic communications, blending a sharp editorial eye with deep industry insight to drive visibility for top real estate and development brands.

Prior to joining R[AR]E, Priyanka led PR for the Western Region of Douglas Elliman - one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in the United States - propelling the brand to #1 in PR in every region she oversaw for five consecutive years. Known for creating stories that achieve viral status, Priyanka holds strong relationships with top-tier media nationwide and consistently delivers results that directly impact the business.

Known for her ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling stories, Priyanka specializes in brand positioning, executive thought leadership, and earned media campaigns that deliver measurable results. She is also a passionate mentor, guiding future PR leaders with the same rigor and creativity she brings to every client engagement.

As a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and PR Net, Priyanka stays close to the conversations shaping the market and turning insight into impact.

Gaby Suarez, Account Director

Gaby Suarez Walters is an accomplished public relations leader with more than a decade of experience supporting clients across the real estate and AEC sectors.

As the account director at R[AR]E Public Relations, she oversees integrated communications programs and specializes in commercial real estate deal communications, architecture PR, and strategic media relations that elevate companies and executives as trusted industry voices. In this role, Gaby leads major announcement strategies and thought-leadership initiatives for developers, architects, construction firms, and investment platforms across the U.S. Known for her sharp news instincts and clear, compelling narratives, she drives campaigns from ideation through execution and has secured coverage in premier outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Forbes, and other top-tier publications.

Before joining R[AR]E, Gaby spent five years at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), where she managed the award-winning national Blueprint for Better public awareness campaign. She previously supported real estate, construction, and professional services clients at Miami-based firm Wragg & Casas.

Gaby is a member of the Hispanic Public Relations Association and PRSA Los Angeles. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida and is based in Los Angeles.

Ashley Frenchman, Account Executive

Ashley Frenchman brings a goal-oriented and creative approach to developing integrated public relations strategies for clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Highly motivated and immensely passionate, Ashley uses compelling storytelling, creative strategy, and innovative thinking to drive high-impact results for clients.

As an Account Executive, Ashley implements effective integrated strategies that leverage relationships with top-tier media outlets to deliver high-value media placements across print, digital, and social platforms. With extensive experience in lifestyle and real estate public relations, she has led initiatives for high-profile clients such as The Miami Beach EDITION, Riviera Dining Group, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove, Mondrian South Beach, Freehand and Generator Hotels, as well as notable developers like ZOM Living, Merrimac Ventures, BH3, and Swerdlow Group.

Ashley holds a degree in Public Relations and Psychology from San Diego State University, where she graduated at the top of her class, earning Dean’s List recognition for all eight semesters. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she has been living in Miami for the past two years.

Caroline Corcoran, Account Executive

Caroline Corcoran is an Account Coordinator at R[AR]E Public Relations where she supports day-to-day account execution, media research, content development, and client communications, helping drive visibility and results for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Caroline brings hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and consumer engagement. Prior to joining R[AR]E, she worked as a Student Marketeer for Red Bull, supporting on-the-ground brand activations and marketing initiatives, and previously worked as a legislative intern for the Joint Committee on the Judiciary at the Massachusetts State House.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Boston College, where she also pursued pre-law studies. Originally from the Boston area, Caroline now resides in New York City. She is involved in multiple organizations including Caritas Communities,  Best Buddies, and Special Olympics.
