Amy Rossetti
Founder
Amy Rossetti is a driven leader with nearly a decade of experience managing strategic public relations campaigns for high-profile luxury real estate clients.
A proven performer, Amy consistently exceeds client goals and delivers exceptional results. Her personalized, hands-on approach, coupled with her creativity and tenacity, has led to successful media coverage in coveted, top-tier outlets.
After spending several years at top agencies in Los Angeles and New York, Amy wanted to strike out on her own and launched R[AR]E Public Relations amidst the pandemic at age 27. She quickly grew the company’s footprint in top urban markets including Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, representing many notable developments and clientele across the U.S.
She received her B.S. in Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing from Suffolk University in Boston. Amy remains actively involved with the university, serving as Secretary for the College of Arts & Sciences Alumni Board of Directors. In 2024, Suffolk University honored her with its prestigious 10 Under 10 Award, which recognizes young alumni making significant contributions in their field within 10 years of graduation. She is also passionate about mentorship, civic engagement, and community involvement. She frequently supports organizations such as the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, along with various other programs and initiatives aimed at empowering underserved communities.
With 17 years in public relations, Priyanka Banerjee is a powerhouse in strategic communications. She is recognized for her expertise across diverse sectors from real estate to consumer tech. For the past six years, Priyanka led PR for the Western Region of Douglas Elliman - one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in the United States - propelling the brand to #1 in PR in every region she oversaw for five consecutive years. Known for creating stories that achieve viral status, Priyanka holds strong relationships with top-tier media nationwide and consistently delivers results that directly impact the business.
Her experience spans international markets, particularly across the U.S. and Asia, and includes everything from crisis communications to brand partnerships and new business development. She is driven by strategy, collaboration, and innovation—skills that continue to shape her as a leader and mentor in PR.

Gaby Suarez is a strategic communications professional with experience in real estate, construction, and architecture industries. As Account Director at R[AR]E Public Relations, she focuses on strategy development, content development, and media relations efforts that build awareness and drive results for clients. Gaby previously worked at The American Institute of Architects, managing the organization’s public awareness campaign, as well as at a boutique full-service public relations firm in South Florida. She received her B.S. in public relations from the University of Florida. Originally from Miami, Gaby now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and dog.
Her experience spans international markets, particularly across the U.S. and Asia, and includes everything from crisis communications to brand partnerships and new business development. She is driven by strategy, collaboration, and innovation—skills that continue to shape her as a leader and mentor in PR.
Emily Potashnick is a seasoned communications professional with over seven years of experience in strategic messaging, media relations, and project management. She has successfully developed and executed communication projects across industries including hospitality, real estate, and social impact.
Most recently, Emily served as the Manager of Communications and Marketing at a nonprofit organization, where she focused on crafting informative content and managing media relations and social media. Originally from California,
Emily now resides in New York City. She holds a degree in Communication Studies from Chapman University.

Account Executive
Ashley Frenchman brings a goal-oriented and creative approach to developing integrated public relations strategies for clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Highly motivated and immensely passionate, Ashley uses compelling storytelling, creative strategy, and innovative thinking to drive high-impact results for clients.
As an Account Executive, Ashley implements effective integrated strategies that leverage relationships with top-tier media outlets to deliver high-value media placements across print, digital, and social platforms. With extensive experience in lifestyle and real estate public relations, she has led initiatives for high-profile clients such as The Miami Beach EDITION, Riviera Dining Group, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove, Mondrian South Beach, Freehand and Generator Hotels, as well as notable developers like ZOM Living, Merrimac Ventures, BH3, and Swerdlow Group.
Ashley holds a degree in Public Relations and Psychology from San Diego State University, where she graduated at the top of her class, earning Dean’s List recognition for all eight semesters. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she has been living in Miami for the past two years.
